Belmont Abbey College offers a variety of services to employer organizations including online job and internship posting capabilities, notification of available positions to Abbey students and alumni, on-campus recruiting and interviewing, and opportunities for you to interact with students and alumni on campus through seminars, workshops, picnics, and other events.

On-Campus Recruitment
Belmont Abbey College will assist employers with on-campus recruiting and interviewing, including announcing recruiting events, collection of resumes, and will set up interview rooms and times.
On-campus recruiting is offered in a casual, non-competitive setting, allowing employers to meet current students and potential interns/employees with an Information Table in the Student Commons.

Internship Information & Guidelines
Hosting an intern is a great way to scout out new talent and we aren’t the only ones who think so. Over 80% of employers use internships as a recruitment method for hiring new employees. Not only is it a great way to screen potential candidates, but employers enjoy the energy and fresh ideas that come from working with students. It’s also a great way to give back to the community by providing students with awesome, hands-on experience in a professional setting.
