Individualized Career Planning
Your career development starts now! Make an appointment today to discuss your career interests with a career counselor. Together we’ll create an action plan that will develop the skills necessary to reach your goals.

FOCUS Career Assessment
The first step in the career development process is to assess your personality, interests, skills, faith, and personal values to determine how they fit in with desired careers. The path to personal and professional success starts with these questions, and will help you decide on careers that provide you with the stability, success, and happiness that are essential to a productive life.

Our FOCUS assessment tool is a web-based program that examines your personality, interests, skills, and values which provides feedback to begin the career exploration process. The use of the FOCUS system should be accompanied by an appointment with a career counselor to fully maximize the experience.
