V. Presentations – Zsanette Zanders from the Psychology Club
a. Southeastern Psychological Association Conference March 10th-13th in Chattanooga, TN; 5 seniors will be presenting; 3-5 others will be attending
b. Need $3,000 to make the trip – are asking for $500-$1,000
c. Vote to give them $250 and ask marketing for donations Yes – 11; No – 2; Obstain – 3; Vote Passes!!
VI. Reports
a. First Impressions Committee – led by Sam Jennings
b. All members of committees that have met recently need to get update if they missed.
VII. New Business
a. Senior Week – Have fundraising ideas; Want to make a “Senior Week” t-shirt with sponsors on the back of it, and have that be their “ticket” to the events.
b. Freshmen Project – Patrick Motter has agreed to match whatever SGA puts towards the project.
c. Campus Clean-Up – Sophomore class; Suggestion to do clean-up prior to Abbey Experience on 2/13
VIII. Announcements
a. Spring Open Forum – March 17th (tentative)
b. SGA Constitution Revision Meeting is tentatively set to be held Feb. 17th
c. Ben, Chase, and Johnny are going to meet with maintenance about pressure washing!
d. Next week meet 4:30pm in front of PO Lobby to do clean up instead of the normal meeting. Bring gloves, trash bags, etc.
